This aftermarket cover is designed for the HB19 Carbon Handlebar used on the latest-generation Cervélo S5. It replaces the original rubber cover with a more secure and durable metal component.

Unlike the flexible factory rubber cover, the titanium version is less likely to loosen or fall off during normal riding, transportation or cleaning. Its clean shape follows the design of the HB19 cockpit, adding a refined metallic detail without disrupting the aerodynamic appearance of the bicycle.

The cover uses a two-hole mounting design and is supplied with one matching spacer. Natural silver titanium is the standard finish. Anodized color finishes may also be available for riders who want to coordinate the cover with their frame, bolts or other titanium components.

  1. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  2. Place the bicycle in a stable position and clean the installation area.

  3. Carefully remove the original rubber cover from the HB19 cockpit.

  4. Inspect the mounting holes and original screws for damage.

  5. Position the supplied spacer in the correct orientation.

  6. Align the titanium cover with both mounting holes.

  7. Reuse the appropriate original screws or compatible replacement screws.

  8. Tighten both screws gradually and evenly.

  9. Confirm that the cover is secure and correctly seated.

Do not overtighten the screws. Follow the installation procedure and torque specifications in the official Cervélo HB19 manual.

If you are unfamiliar with integrated cockpit components, have the product installed by a qualified bicycle mechanic.
