Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and uninstalled

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must be in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized products

  • Made-to-order products

  • Personalized decals or stickers

  • Special color anodized products

  • Custom titanium hardware

  • Special size configurations

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards


EU Right of Withdrawal & Custom Orders

For customers located in the European Union (EU), you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods under applicable consumer protection laws.

However, according to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order products.

The following products are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Customized products

  • Made-to-order products

  • Products with custom colors or anodized finishes

  • Personalized decals or stickers

  • Special size configurations

  • Custom titanium hardware

  • Products specifically produced for selected bicycle models

By placing an order for these products, the customer agrees that the order is considered customized production.


Installed or Used Products

Products that have been installed, used, modified, scratched, damaged, or are no longer in resalable condition are not eligible for return or refund.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Titanium bolts with installation marks

  • Mounted computer mounts

  • Installed thru axles

  • Used drivetrain components

  • Installed cockpit parts

  • Opened bearing or ceramic pulley systems

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of installation or use.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees associated with returning products to us.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or defective.


Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery due to customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees, the original shipping cost and any return shipping or customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.


Order Cancellation

Orders for customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has started.

Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to payment processing fees and transaction fees.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will review the case and provide a suitable solution.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Payment gateway fees may not be refundable


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
