7. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

8. Place the bicycle in a stable position and clean the installation area.

9. Carefully remove the original rubber cover from the HB19 cockpit.

10. Inspect the mounting holes and original screws for damage.

11. Position the supplied spacer in the correct orientation.

12. Align the titanium cover with both mounting holes.

13. Reuse the appropriate original screws or compatible replacement screws.

14. Tighten both screws gradually and evenly.

15. Confirm that the cover is secure and correctly seated.

Do not overtighten the screws. Follow the installation procedure and torque specifications in the official Cervélo HB19 manual.
