📌 Instructions for Use

🔧 Required Tools

  • Torque wrench (3.5NM–4NM)

  • M4 hex key

🧴 Thread Treatment

  • Apply medium-strength thread locker to screw threads before installation.

  • This enhances fastening strength and prevents loosening.

⚙️ Angle Adjustment

  • Insert the hex key into the groove to align the assembly.

  • Do not apply torque yet.

  • Adjust the screw until the seatpost reaches the desired angle.

🔒 Angle Locking

  • After adjustment, use a torque wrench to tighten the rear screws (3.5NM–4NM).

  • Ensure the seatpost is firmly secured.

✅ Tightening Check

  • Confirm all screws are correctly installed and tightened.

  • Prevent loosening during riding.

⚖️ Weight Limit

  • Maximum rider weight: 90KG.

  • Do not exceed this limit for safety.

🔍 Daily Inspection

  • Regularly check screw tightness and confirm the seatpost is within the 90KG load capacity.
